I’m Ale: a first-generation Chicagoan, researcher, technology implementation leader, community builder, and founder of At Growth.
My work has crossed higher education, workforce development, digital equity, public-sector improvement, Salesforce partner operations, and community research. I founded At Growth to bring those pieces together—so data, lived experience, imagination, and technology can become action.
